so here is the story.....

Owen and I have a little ritual of a morning walk down to Central Park. The park is beautiful, there are lots of other moms around, people walking their dogs and the air is so nice and fresh! Owen loves it and always ends up taking a nap and I get a little work-out with all the hills! The surrounding neighborhoods is one of my favorites here. They have a fresh bakery and local farm produce shop on the way back from the park so we sometimes have to make a stop!
